Mobile Bartending Service
Our mobile bartending service covers everything you need for a well-run event bar. We arrive early with all necessary equipment, including tables, linens, bar tools, coolers, and backup supplies. We set up the bar in a location that fits the event layout, prepare drink stations, and remain available through breakdown and clean-up.
We serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, mocktails, and custom signature drinks. Service is fast, friendly, and professional, with attention to both detail and pace.
Whether your event is at a winery, home, banquet hall, or outdoor venue, we bring the same level of service to every location.

Drink Menu Planning
One of our standout features is personalized drink menu planning. We help you build a beverage selection that suits your event theme, guest preferences, and budget. From traditional cocktail favorites to modern mixology, we can guide you on flavor profiles, drink pairings, quantities, and ingredient choices.
We also provide a detailed shopping list with product recommendations and quantities based on your guest count. If preferred, we can handle the alcohol shopping for you for a small flat fee. This service is ideal for hosts who want a stress-free planning process.

Bar Setup and Equipment
We supply everything needed for a complete bar setup:
- Portable bar tables
- Linens
- Professional bar tools (shakers, strainers, muddlers, etc.)
- Ice buckets and tubs
- Disposable cups (based on package)
- Garnish containers and backup bar items
The setup is clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing. We ensure that your bar station is both functional and presentable, blending in with the style of your event.
Professional Staffing
All events are staffed by experienced bartenders who are well-versed in customer service, drink preparation, and event timing. For larger events, servers can be added to support with tray service, cleanup, or guest engagement.
Our team members are punctual, polite, and well-dressed. We understand that bartenders represent your event just as much as your venue or catering team — we take that responsibility seriously.
Pricing
Hourly Rates
- 1–49 guests: $50/hour
- 50–99 guests: $75/hour
- 100–150 guests: $125/hour (includes 2 bartenders)
- Over 150 guests: Hourly per bartender
- Bar back/server: $25/hour
- Minimum booking: $250
- Bartender only: $55 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
- Bartender + server: $75 per hour combined (minimum 4 hours)
- Additional hours are billed at the same rate
- Setup and breakdown time is included in the quoted hours
Guest-Based Packages
- Events with up to 50 guests: One bartender, full setup, shopping list provided
- Events with 51 to 100 guests: One bartender and one server, menu planning support, equipment and staffing
- Events with 100+ guests: Two or more bartenders, optional extra staff, custom coordination, and optional shopping service
Optional Add-Ons
- Supply shopping service: $100 flat fee
- Custom cocktail consultation: $75
- Additional servers: Quoted individually based on role and hours
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you supply the alcohol?
No. We work with clients to plan the menu and provide a detailed shopping list. You can shop yourself or choose our optional shopping service. We do not hold a liquor license to sell alcohol.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and meet the requirements for bartending at private and public events in California.
What’s included in your setup?
We bring tables, linens, bar tools, coolers, ice buckets, garnish containers, and backup supplies. Everything is included to create a functioning, professional bar station.
How far in advance should I book?
Most clients book between 4 to 8 weeks in advance. Peak wedding season fills quickly, so earlier is better. We can accommodate last-minute events when availability allows.
What areas do you serve?
We cover Sacramento, Napa, Sonoma, East Bay, San Francisco, Marin, and surrounding cities in Northern California. Travel fees may apply for outlying areas.
How do I know how much alcohol to buy?
We provide a personalized shopping guide based on your guest count, drink menu, and event length. This includes brand suggestions, bottle counts, mixers, and garnishes.
